The WGEO’s responsibilities
  • The Working Group for Equal Opportunities (WGEO) is involved in all of the university’s personnel procedures, from job postings to job interviews.
  • In the appointment of professors, the Working Group oversees the entire process.
  • The WGEO is involved in the entire process of habilitation procedures.
  • The WGEO conducts gender monitoring to assess the representation of women in university collegial bodies and committees.
  • The WGEO has the right to object to the improper composition of a collegial body and the right to appeal to the arbitration commission.
  • The WGEO is committed to promoting equal opportunity and the work-life balance between career, studies, and family.
