The WGEO’s responsibilities
- The Working Group for Equal Opportunities (WGEO) is involved in all of the university’s personnel procedures, from job postings to job interviews.
- In the appointment of professors, the Working Group oversees the entire process.
- The WGEO is involved in the entire process of habilitation procedures.
- The WGEO conducts gender monitoring to assess the representation of women in university collegial bodies and committees.
- The WGEO has the right to object to the improper composition of a collegial body and the right to appeal to the arbitration commission.
- The WGEO is committed to promoting equal opportunity and the work-life balance between career, studies, and family.
